Is it possible to lose weight without exercise?
That sounds wonderful doesn’t it? There is no way that could work!-right? Well let’s think about this. The typical statement from people (especially those that can lose weight) is ,”Just burn off more than you take in and you lose weight!” This is the correct equation for most people, but quite a few of my patients have lost weight with ZERO exercise!

The other way this happens is through the customized nutritional protocols we have in our office. We start with very specific testing that may tell us deficiencies or things that your body may be fighting against. Once we either support the areas that need it or eliminate the items your body is having a hard time with, your body can be more efficient and be better at losing weight. When you couple that with “glycemic stability”–WHAT??? Just kidding , I am trying to keep this info easy to understand and easy to implement. Glycemic stability simply means minimizing blood sugar spikes and drops, which can come from not eating enough, regularly enough or eating too much. The more stable you can keep your blood sugar the more likely you are to even out insulin responses and this can help you lose weight.
